What will be the first box?

The first box in your subscription series will begin with Box 1 “Life Force.”

Can I purchase one box from the series?

Yes, "LifeForce" is available in the shop.

Is the subscription box series only for women living with cancer?

Anyone may buy or receive the box series. Our initial limited edition is focused on women living with cancer, but the contained items will help anyone in need of inspiration and hope.

When will I be billed for my Viver Joy subscription box series?

Month to month plan: your credit card will be charged on the 11th day of each month. Your plan will auto-renew on the 11th day of the month. Pre-pay 3 month plan: your credit card will be charged one time for full amount.

Did my order get processed?

Following your purchase, an order confirmation email will be sent to the email address associated with your account. If you did not receive an order confirmation email to your inbox, please check the spam folder.

When will the box ship?

We will send shipping confirmation to the email address associated with the account. The box will take 5-10 business days to arrive following the date of shipment via standard shipping within the continental U.S. 

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is included in price.

Can the box be shipped to a P.O. box?

Yes, we ship to U.S. P.O. boxes.

Do you ship internationally?

Not currently. Please check back.

What to do if a product is damaged or missing?

Please email us at within two (2) weeks of delivery and include your name, a phone number to contact, and a photo of the damaged product. A member from Viver Joy will contact you.

Cancellations / Returns

We do not accept returns. All purchases are final and nonrefundable. Cancel your Viver Joy subscription without any cancellation fee.  You must cancel your subscription before the 11th  day of the current month.
